 Magical little bottles for your wishes or spells. Also larger bottles for potions, spells or witches bottles.

Witches bottles have been used for centuries. Originally they were designed to protect people against witchcraft and sorcery. Nowadays Witches themselves use them, mainly as a home protection spell.
The bottle is normally made of glass or pottery and contains items such as pins, rusty nails, broken glass and the urine of the person making the charm (this provides a magickal link to the person and although does not sound pleasant, it is thought to be a most powerful ingredient in a witches bottle). The sharp objects are used to deflect bad luck and ill fortune. Salt can be added for purification along with other items of your choice. (I always say, as long as you know why you are using something in a spell, almost anything goes.) I have added Hawthorn thorns from my garden, graveyard dirt, garlic, cactus spikes and egg shells to various protection bottles in the past.
The intention of the witches bottle is protection for you and your family, including family that visit your property and any pets that live with you, protection against any negative forces, protection against damage to your property whether from vandalism or the elements and allowing no ill will to pass beyond your door into your home. The bottle will reflect negativity and harm back to the sender- you are not sending out any ill will or negativity, just asking that what has been sent gets returned to sender. It is important to remember this as you do not want to be sending out negativity yourself.

The bottles can be charged up with chants or during ritual or spell working. They can be buried in the front of your property or hidden by your front door. I suggest either re doing them or charging them back up at least once a year to keep them working effectively.
